First off, the staff here is extremely nice!  The guys in the service department are all about making you feel special.  Unfortunately, they all seem to use the “higher authority” gambit when they can’t do something.  I took in my A7 for an oil change and because I didn’t opt for the $407 15k service they would not reset my service light.  I read through the 15k service description and 99% of it was just “check” this or that.  I can check things myself and just because I have one of their higher end...

This is the worst dealership I have ever encountered after buying about 20 new cars over the last 3 decades. Matt Gundersaon (sp?) owner and John Hatcher (sp?) service manager are chauvenistic crooks and liars respectively. I bought a new 2010 Audi A4 for my nanny and subsequently 16 year old daughter to use. From the begining the thing drank oil. This dealership told my nothing they could do.
