I went in to check out the 2015 A3s last Friday.  I was introduced to Jeff Cunningham who showed me the vehicle.  Jeff is an excellent representative of Audi.  He wasn’t pushy and showed genuine interest in my life outside of the sale.  We went on the test drive.  Jeff was very knowledgeable about the new line.  We went back inside, negotiated the deal for a bit and signed the documents.  Everyone inside was very courteous.  I had an excellent experience overall.  I would definitely recommend Audi MV to friends!

He and Audi Mission Viejo went out of their way to include additional service and repairs to prep the car for delivery. The dealership absorbed those expenses as a courtesy to make us happy with an excellent value on our purchase. Since we also just purchased a Q5, we will make Audi Mission Viejo our dealer of choice. I just bought a 2014 S4 from here, and let me tell you, it doesn’t get any better! My sales consultant Wice is awesome!!! Even though I already had an A5 all prepped and ready to roll, he didn’t bat an eyelash when I said last minute “can I test drive the S4? Just in case?” He just replied with “no problem, I’ll get the keys. I just want to make sure you get the vehicle that you will be the most happy with.” Throughout the process, the entire staff here has been professional and friendly. Even though I live in HB and have a closer Audi dealer, I will continue to come here based on the great service I received when purchasing my car. I can only hope that their Service Department is as great to deal with *fingers crossed*.

Let me just say this dealership is outstanding!

It all started by me browsing the web and looking at our options for a 2014 R8. Of course I’m sure you all know how bothersome it could be when you have every dealership in the nation emailing you and calling you trying to follow up on your Google search.

Let me just say I am really glad that I answered John Latko’s phone call. He was so pleasant over the phone. He was very professional and knowledgeable to say the least. Long story short just a few hours later he sent me a few emails of the cars that were available. John was very efficient and didn’t make me wait to hear back from him regarding the inventory. Within the hour I was down at the dealership. The receptionist was also very sweet, she greeted me with a smile and sweet HELLO. (you want to feel comfortable wherever you’re buying your car)

Minutes later Im test driving a beautiful R8 and I just fell in love. John was there to help me every step of the way. He answered all of my questions, he went over every detail of the car with me. From the paint, to the interior, exterior, rims, engine, etc. I made a quick phone call to my husband telling him I loved it. My husband showed up and went over everything with John. I’m sure everyone knows how difficult it is getting a car like this. There was only 1 new one available and it was at another dealer. So of course that was the hard part.

John did everything he could to get the car I wanted down to the dealer. Long story short we didn’t get that car, but instead we got a 2014 R8 Schick Quattro V10 and I am so glad we did. It is BEAUTIFUL! Best birthday present ever!

If youre looking to buy an AUDI call John Latko. I’m telling you from car shopping experience I have never met someone so kind, friendly, knowledgeable and efficient as John. He is amazing.

Dan from the service department- He is also wonderful. My tire just got a bolt in it and he was also very sweet and pleasant. He told me not to worry, my car is in great hands. Its people like Dan and John who truly do care for their customers. You can just tell by their persona that they truly do love their job. I am extremely pleased and happy with Audi Mission Viejo.

My experience with this dealership was amazing on every level and at every step along the way – from my initial visit and test drive to the purchase of my new A4 about 2 weeks later. Steve Hart was my sales specialist. He was informative but not aggressive. Steve introduced me to George Estonactoc – another sales specialist that day. He said that George could always help me out if he wasn’t in the dealership on a day I might need help. Steve gave me a quick courtesy call and sent a thank you note after my first visit. After doing some independent research on my own, I stopped by the dealership several days later because I had a couple of quick questions to help narrow down the options I wanted. Steve was not there but Simon Najafinia spent about 15 minutes answering all my questions even though I wasn’t ready to make any final decisions. A few days later, I tried to reach Steve to arrange for my husband to come in for a test drive. He was having phone issues so he never got my voice mail message. I called and left a message for George who called me back right away. He was nice enough to give my message to Steve and arrange for the test drive the next day. Once I got my husband’s approval on the car, I was ready to start negotiations. I was fearful it would be the same old routine of haggling back and forth on a price but I was wrong. Since I had done my homework, I presented what I thought was a fair offer. Steve went to his manager and came back in less than 5 minutes to shake my hand and tell me we had a deal. I was shocked. After a deal was struck, I negotiated a price for a trade-in. Again, it was a very fair offer so we decided to go forward with that as well. Of course, there was a lot of paperwork to get through but everyone there including Aaron MacSween, the Finance Manager made that part of the experience as streamlined as possible. My experience continued on the next couple of days. When I drove my car home that day, my husband noticed 3 fairly deep scratches on the front bumper as I was pulling into the garage. I called Steve first thing the next morning. He returned my call from home and I sent pictures of the damage. He arranged for me to bring the car in the next day. It turns out they think the damage happened at the dealership where they got the car from but the damage was bad enough that they provided me with a loaner car – a very nice and practically new A6! They treated me like royalty as soon as I brought my car in. I was swept from one department to another to get me on my way quickly and with as little aggravation as possible. EVERYONE was so friendly and helpful. It was as if they all felt so badly that I had been inconvenienced so shortly after my purchase. Luckily I am pretty easy going and as long as I was being treated so well, I really didn’t mind the hassle. Steve was busy with a customer so George helped give me some tips on driving the A6 since it has different options than my A4. These are the reasons I gave this dealership the highest ratings possible. I would recommend them to anyone interested in buying an Audi.

Had to take my Audi A4 in for a service recently and had a great experience with John C. in the service dept.  I had some electrical & steering issues.  John was courteous, knowledgeable, and went thru some options with me since the service was not one that I had planned. I highly recommend the Service Team at Audi Mission Viejo based on the great customer service and professionalism.
