The Mission Viejo Team Helps Out A New Customer With Their A4
Rating:

My experience with this dealership was amazing on every level and at every step along the way – from my initial visit and test drive to the purchase of my new A4 about 2 weeks later. Steve Hart was my sales specialist. He was informative but not aggressive. Steve introduced me to George Estonactoc – another sales specialist that day. He said that George could always help me out if he wasn’t in the dealership on a day I might need help. Steve gave me a quick courtesy call and sent a thank you note after my first visit. After doing some independent research on my own, I stopped by the dealership several days later because I had a couple of quick questions to help narrow down the options I wanted. Steve was not there but Simon Najafinia spent about 15 minutes answering all my questions even though I wasn’t ready to make any final decisions. A few days later, I tried to reach Steve to arrange for my husband to come in for a test drive. He was having phone issues so he never got my voice mail message. I called and left a message for George who called me back right away. He was nice enough to give my message to Steve and arrange for the test drive the next day. Once I got my husband’s approval on the car, I was ready to start negotiations. I was fearful it would be the same old routine of haggling back and forth on a price but I was wrong. Since I had done my homework, I presented what I thought was a fair offer. Steve went to his manager and came back in less than 5 minutes to shake my hand and tell me we had a deal. I was shocked. After a deal was struck, I negotiated a price for a trade-in. Again, it was a very fair offer so we decided to go forward with that as well. Of course, there was a lot of paperwork to get through but everyone there including Aaron MacSween, the Finance Manager made that part of the experience as streamlined as possible. My experience continued on the next couple of days. When I drove my car home that day, my husband noticed 3 fairly deep scratches on the front bumper as I was pulling into the garage. I called Steve first thing the next morning. He returned my call from home and I sent pictures of the damage. He arranged for me to bring the car in the next day. It turns out they think the damage happened at the dealership where they got the car from but the damage was bad enough that they provided me with a loaner car – a very nice and practically new A6! They treated me like royalty as soon as I brought my car in. I was swept from one department to another to get me on my way quickly and with as little aggravation as possible. EVERYONE was so friendly and helpful. It was as if they all felt so badly that I had been inconvenienced so shortly after my purchase. Luckily I am pretty easy going and as long as I was being treated so well, I really didn’t mind the hassle. Steve was busy with a customer so George helped give me some tips on driving the A6 since it has different options than my A4. These are the reasons I gave this dealership the highest ratings possible. I would recommend them to anyone interested in buying an Audi.

Recommends Audi Mission Viejo’s Service Department
Rating:

Had to take my Audi A4 in for a service recently and had a great experience with John C. in the service dept.  I had some electrical & steering issues.  John was courteous, knowledgeable, and went thru some options with me since the service was not one that I had planned. I highly recommend the Service Team at Audi Mission Viejo based on the great customer service and professionalism.

Steve Hart Sells DealerRater User on a 2014 Audi A4

Steve Hart Sells DealerRater User on a 2014 Audi A4
Rating:

Steve Hart is an outstanding saleman! I truly hate dealing with car salemen in general and did not plan to buy a car that day….I talked with my wife after being educated by Steve and decided to move forward with a 2014 Audi A4. My wife says I’m a very hard sell so Steve had to work to make it happen….and he did. MV Audi is very lucky to have Steve Hart on the team to deal with customers that have had poor experiences with other dealerships….. (Bonus – I was happy to see he didn’t wear a goofy pinky ring). hahaha.
We love the car!!

Tommy L Reviews Simon Najafinia

Tommy L Reviews Simon Najafinia
Rating:

I highly recommend Simon for your sales person if you’re planning to buy an Audi at the MV location. I switch cars every 2-3 years and worked with a lot of different sales people. Throughout my experience, I had some good but slow, some fast but dumb. Some straight unethical, etc. of very different types of car sales people.

But Simon was on top of everything- fast, get to the point, find what I needed, locate perfect cars to choose from. Really, no waste time, no BS. I highly recommended him. Prob. the best car sales person I ever worked with.

Yelper Speaks Highly of Audi Mission Viejo and Brian Hutchison

Yelper Speaks Highly of Audi Mission Viejo and Brian Hutchison
Rating:

Every experience is different I guess. Looking at some of the reviews below, I see that some people didn’t have a great experience. I would say two things about that…1) maybe it’s not the business, it’s the person. The customer is definitely NOT always right or 2) Maybe the business wasn’t doing such a great job then but businesses CAN improve just like people and a business is nothing more than a collection of people anyway.

I, had a great experience at this dealership.

Via my boyfriend (a much more experienced consumer when it comes to cars), we began conversing with Brian, the salesperson in charge of the dealership’s internet “fleet.” He told my boyfriend about options for Audis in my price range as they became available. He made suggestions and generally pointed us in the direction of the car that best suited my needs, preferences, and budget. He was honest with his opinions (which I greatly appreciate) and respectful towards mine. There was NO hard sell experience and the process was mostly pleasant and what I would have expected from “nice guys” meaning-no surprises.

We were prepared for the worst after visiting a competing dealership the week before where the sales manager was a poster child for “sheister.” All that was missing was the greasy hair. So glad I didn’t buy a car from them (and they had terrible Yelp reviews by the way, which I only read after the fact, unfortunately.)

Brian took care of us. I would say we received GREAT customer service. Holly had pre-qualified me via the internet before I even stepped foot in the dealership so again, I didn’t expect any unpleasant surprises and didn’t get any. Brain asked around for a few opinions on good insurance coverage and found me a bottle of Advil when I needed it most (and it wasn’t because of the negotiating process either.)  He recommended a fabulous interior cleaner and other little things but it’s the little things that add up to an exceptional experience. In the end, we got a fair deal on a certified pre-owned car with lots of warranty coverage.

Multiple complimentary bottles of water later, we were directed to the financing guy who did try and sell us a few extras but that didn’t bother me either-that’s his job! As long as there’s no hard sell, I’m fine with that. I even agreed to purchase one of those add-ons turns out.  I’m in sales myself and I always say “just because someone is trying to sell you something, doesn’t mean you don’t need it!”

I love my new Audi!!  Thank you Brian and thank you Audi Mission Viejo.
