Do not go to this place. They will look for every little thing to make money. I found a place in irvine that did all the work my car needed for half the price.

Wice Afzal praised by La Verne Yelper

Wice Afzal praised by La Verne Yelper
Rating:

Normally I relate buying a car to such experiences as going to the dentist or a tax appointment. It’s seldom pleasant. I was very much surprised and pleased with my experience here. So much so, I felt compelled to write it.

Every staff member I encountered was friendly and took the time to answer my questions. My sales representative, Wice Afzal, was very patient. He was not pushy whatsoever and made the entire process as painless and efficient as any I’ve ever heard of. The paperwork and financing was done in an expedient fashion and it literally took longer to detail the car than to complete the deal. Which is a good thing (and a stark contrast to most dealerships I’ve been to.)

Genuine no b.s. car buying experience, and I would definitely recommend the dealership to anyone in the market for an Audi.

A8 L buyer says Audi MV knows their product

A8 L buyer says Audi MV knows their product
Rating:

Recently purchased a certified 2013 A8 L. It has almost every bell and whistle, actually a bit too much. First car I have purchased since 2000 when I bought a 1999 corvette, yeah I know, a tad bit of difference. Anyway, I went to several dealers, wasn’t sure what I wanted. I was turned off at most the other dealerships by either pushy salespeople, or sales people who had no clue about the car. On one test drive I asked the salesman what steering it had, he said, “good.” MV Audi was a relaxed dealership, and my sales guy was great. I test drove two cars there. Really did not want the L versions, thought it too big, but it handles like a smaller car. All the people there are exceptionally friendly without being pushy about it. The salesman knew the cars inside and out. Was a great experience, while I was dreading having to deal with a dealership.

San Diego resident finds Audi MV worth the effort
Rating:

Wow!! The people here are awesome! We felt completely at ease. A no hassle deal and dealership. The staff we dealt with were great! (John, Paxton, Joe and Ryan) really made us feel comfortable. We drove up from San Diego area to find that it was truly worth the effort. We got the car we wanted at a great price and a no hassle experience. What more could you ask for?? Thank you to the Mission Viejo Audi team and a very happy holidays to everyone. We will certainly tell everyone about the great experience.

John Hatcher and John Cosby Part of Service you Take Your Chances with

John Hatcher and John Cosby Part of Service you Take Your Chances with

***** BEWARE!!  This dealership is not committed to customer service/satisfaction nor do they respect you or your vehicle. *****

I’ve never been treated so poorly by any auto dealer like I was at Audi MV.  After my last service appointment, one star is incredibly generous here.  Recently brought my Q5 in for the15k service.  Requested they also check the brakes as they squeaked when cold.  Also, reminded the service advisor John Cosby to make sure my vehicle was washed and dried properly to avoid water spotting the paint (moonlight blue).  I’ll take of it he told me.  When I returned to pick up my vehicle that evening I inspected it very carefully.  My vehicle was in worse shape then when I brought it in.  Water spotted paint and wheels, windows dirty and smeared, brakes still squealed and THEY PUT A 2 INCH LONG SCRATCH (into the primer) IN THE RIGHT FRONT FENDER!

Had I not inspected my vehicle, no one at this dealership would have said a word and just hoped I drove it off the lot.  When I brought this to the attention of the service advisor, he said we’ll get it repaired and you’ll never know the difference.  I asked him why the new A7 that had just come out of service had water spots all over it, he said that was his customer and “HE WON’T LET US WASH HIS CAR”.  Smart guy.  I hate having to learn things the hard way sometimes.  If you care about your vehicle’s paint and finish, do not let them wash your vehicle as they are careless and clueless about how to care for your vehicle.  Speed is their only concern.

The next day, I returned to speak with the GM only to be told he wasn’t there.  The GM is never available either by phone or in person which is very poor service.  Instead, I was referred to the service manager, John Hatcher.  I can only describe this guy as arrogant, defensive and uncompassionate regarding what his employees did to my vehicle.  He just acted like “it’s just a scratch”.  More to the point, it wasn’t just a scratch.  My vehicle had water spots on the wheels, rear bumper and front grille.  When I pointed out what the wheels looked like, he never moved to look, just stood there like I was wasting his time.  Arrogance!  He never made any attempt to show compassion or to earn my business.

So a week later, I get my vehicle back from Sterling Collision in Tustin.  Scratch was repaired to my satisfaction.  Upon further inspection, the repair is all they did.  Audi MV only did the bare minimum, nothing extra was done to earn my business back.  They didn’t even replace the fuel “they” used while having my vehicle repaired.  Furthermore, when I checked the oil dipstick, it read about 1/4 low.  They just changed the oil and filter!  I wonder what else they didn’t do but said they did?

Where is the attention to detail and premium service one would expect from a premium brand dealership?  It doesn’t happen at this dealership yet they will send you an email requesting that you provide them a review of your service experience where they say 10 is the only acceptable score.  BS!  All talk and no action.  Just half-assed service at premium prices.

I bought the vehicle at this dealership less than a year ago and this is how they treat you.  I will be taking all of my future business somewhere else from now on.

You’re taking your chances having your vehicle serviced at Audi MV.
