After test driving various vehicles, I have focused on the Audi A5. Out of all the dealerships I have visited or worked with on-line, Mission is among the top 2. I have been totally impressed with Halleh Afshar, she takes nothing for granted and understands what I am looking for/my situation/understands my expectations. Going to dealerships is never fun, but when one visits a dealership a number of times and is consistently treated fairly without being pushy, that is an accomplishment. I recommend the dealership to folks interested in getting the best deal on an Audi.

It is with mixed feelings that I write this review.  I bought a used A4 from them for my son.  The sales process went really well – no pressure really and they eventually matched the price I wanted for the car.  All the paperwork was done quickly and entire transaction went very smoothly.

The reason for the low rating is the fact that they do not appear to be very thorough with the inspection of the used cars they sell.  The car we bought had an obvious problem with the wheel axle (we noticed within hours of taking it home).  To their credit, they fixed the axle problem (although it took over a week to do so, a loaner was given) – however, within a week of taking the car home (again), it developed another problem: the check engine light came on.

We called our salesman (the Internet Sales Manager) and were told to either bring it for paid service or take it to a local independent shop for cheaper service.
I feel that essentially a newly purchased car from a dealer should last longer than a week without issues.   I am a bit disappointed with the purchase of the car – but I guess we take our chances when we buy a used car, even from a so-called reputable dealer.

The service personnel are terrific. The time that they promised my car would be done… a little late. But overall, the car is so clean and the people always greet you with a smile.
