Just Horrible. Took my car in 5 times within 3 months for the same issue. They kept telling me the engine light just comes on when I get down to below a 1/4 tank and there is no way to fix it and that there is nothing I can do about, “I must have got air in the lines blah, blah, its a pressurized system.”  They pulled the car around and the engine light went right back on so they sent the mechanic out with his computer to shut it off.
Finally a week later, the timing belt snapped when driving on the freeway. $5000 in head work later,  all of a sudden they tell me that’s why I couldn’t start my car in the morning and must have been why the engine light kept coming on. Amazingly, the engine light didn’t come on after that. Seemed all this could have been prevented had they checked the damn timing belt. They are a bunch of idiots. They don’t look to solve the problem just quick fix it.

Oh yeah, and the first time I took my car in for this issue, they “fixed it” and took it for a test drive. In doing so, THEY BLEW MY CLUTCH, then told me I would have to pay the 2200 to get it fixed.

STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS.

A year and a half ago, I was looking to purchase my first Audi. Knowing that the configuration I had in mind was fairly uncommon, I entered an inquiry online. The very next morning, I received an email from Paxton (Krichmar) with choices of colors/options on the exact configuration – I didn’t expect one to be available and ready that fast.

I arrived late when I stopped by to inquire; Brian (Hutchison) kindly took over for Paxton when he had to leave. Brian was very informative while considerate in allowing an enlightened decision without pressure. He patiently made sure I was comfortable and urged me to check out any other car as much as I’d like, though it was plainly obvious that I’m worried about coping with payments. His manner didn’t change a bit when I headed for the door, said I can’t afford it and need time to mull it over some more. Perhaps simply because of his attitude, after a couple of minutes in the parking lot, I was back inside putting in an order deposit.

With new engines available for 2013, I sought for more info. Brian was on vacation when I stopped by but Paxton, though now in a different position and capacity was more than helpful – same accommodating and efficient hospitality, nice and considerate treatment. Every effort was made to communicate and keep me informed the entire 3 months. This morning, he let me know my new one is in his safekeeping.

SERVICE:
I was lucky to have Thomas (Carvalho), Jorge (Salceda), Denny (Dong) in chronological order, assist me in my past appointments. All were very knowledgeable and attentive and made each visit a breeze, from prompt attention to ready loaners.

While I hope my luck with good experience here does not run out, I sincerely wish that those who did not have the same get the chance to have their own streak.

I just bought a used Ford Raptor from Audi M/V. It was a great experience throughout the entire process. Joe Cram was very helpful during our initial visit and when we explained that we wanted to head home to think about think about it, he respected our decison and did not try to pressure us into staying. When we decided to make a an offer, we did so on the phone because I hate having to sit in a dealearship office waiting for someone to tell you that they won’t accept your offer. Joe was receptive to what we wanted to pay for the truck and called us right back and withing 30 minutes, we had agreed on a price. When we went into finance, we were told by Aaron that they were having difficulty in getting a response from all of their lenders since it was a Sunday. So the originally quoted interest rate was not available since the only bank that granted approval had a slightly higher rate. This higher rate only raised the payment by a few bucks so it wasn’t worth killing the deal over. Aaron told me that he would try to get the better rate when the banks responded on Monday. My initial thought was “sure, you have my signed contract at the higher rate, so what’s the incentive?” Well, on Monday, I got an email from Aaron and we were approved at the lower rate and he asked us to stop by to sign the revised contract. All in all, they delivered on everything they promised and we had nothing but a positive experience. I would purchase another car from them.

I’m disappointed that you say you take a claim like this seriously when I already brought it up to one of your associates that called to see how my service went, and you claim you can’t find service records (considering I have had 2 different Audis serviced there before).  Here are a couple times I have had my car serviced there in 2012 to refresh your memory which I conveniently copied from my Year End Summary statement.

I understand that you are there to build long lasting relationships, so surely you can understand why something as unacceptable (and shocking) as this is something that I just can’t be won over with.  I hope you do your customers and yourselves a favor and investigate this incident to prevent future occurrences.  Eventually some of the influential clientele you serve will have an incident like this and not take it so lightly.

I leased a 2013 Audi A4 back in October 2012. This is my 2nd Audi.  Audi MV customer service is simply amazing.  My sales rep was Dennis Wisco.  It was a pleasure dealing with Dennis.  He has a great knowledge of the Audi models.  If you are in the hunt for an Audi new or used, Audi Mission Viejo is the place.  I would recommend Dennis Wisco.  Great guy, great salesperson, very professional.
