Simon Najafinia Helps A Customer With An Audi A4

Simon Najafinia Helps A Customer With An Audi A4
Rating:

Best car buying experience!!! This Audi dealership has the friendliest and most helpful people ever. Ask for Simon! I found this really nice A4 and I had already been approved by some bank that is supposed to help people with bad credit get a car, but when I showed Simon my rate he was astonished. He said he could get me a lower rate and he never gave up or forgot about me just because of my bad credit! He treated me like any other customer and that made me feel so great! I had to wait until the next day for their banks to respond but Simon and the Audi finance team really did it! They gave me a rate far lower than I had expected and got me into the car I wanted! Simon was so patient with me and never gave up! I didn’t feel like just commission to him. Simon and Audi of Mission Viejo are amazing!!! Thank you Simon!

Jeff Cunningham Helps a Customer and His Wife

Jeff Cunningham Helps a Customer and His Wife
Rating:

Met Jeff at Diesel event. The dealership had no TDI Q5s for the event but Jeff followed up and called me when the dealership got some Q5 TDIs a couple of weeks later. My wife and I came in with limited time to spend and after driving the car gave the dealership one chance to make the deal including a trade in. Really had not planned to buy the car yet as I was thinking of waiting till April when the new BMW X5 Diesel came out to compare them. Didn’t have the time to spend now to negotiate back and forth and told Jeff that. He obviously communicated well with the sales manager. The offer was a reasonable one and we made the deal. Got paperwork started then had to leave to get my 95 year old father out of Dialysis. Came back and completed paper work. Jeff gave us a brief overview of the car as we could not go through everything while my 95 year old father was sitting there. Jeff was kind enough to offer to set up another appointment to go through the car in detail. We did that a couple of days later and also had him review a couple of things one more time a week later. Jeff was very accommodating, positive and very knowledgeable about the technology in the car. I would seek him out to buy a car from him again. Everything about our experience was very positive except for all the paperwork that is required given we paid cash for the vehicle.

Yelper Has A Bad Service Experience

Yelper Has A Bad Service Experience
Rating:

Worst Customer Service From Dan Ranciglo
Approached Audi Mission Viejo because remote keys (3 that were working) only work when close distant to car.  Service Rep Dan Ranciglio told me it was a coil that needs to be fixed.  I asked if he was sure and he said 15 years in the industry, he knows that’s what it is.  Part was not available so he said he would order it and have it ready in two days.
A week passed and no word from Dan.  I had to call him to get status.  He said the part is on back order and that it would be here in two days.  So when the part came, I took the car in for service.  Dan tells me it’s a one day job and the car will be ready that day.  Got a call late that day only to learn the car will not be ready.  He said tomorrow it will be ready.  Next day, got a call.  Car will not be ready.  Said something about still needing to do diagnosis.
Two days passed and no words.  I had to follow up and call in to learn that it was in fact the coil and that the car will be ready that day.  Later that day, got a call stating the car will not be ready.  Next day, got a call that the car is ready, but that 1 of the 3 working remotes I had given him (for reprogramming) is not working.  To repair, it will be $250.  I declined because I said with 2 still working, I should be fine.
Went to pick up the car only to be told that 2 of the remotes were not working.  I asked how could that be, first Dan told me on the phone one was not working and now 2 are not working.  I could not believe it.  I brought it 3 working remotes.  Ok, maybe one went bad (still not sure how that could have happened, but I accepted it).  Now Dan tells me 2 did not work.  After some dialogue, I said show me on the car and let’s see if the remotes are working.  We went outside and turns out 2 of the remotes worked.  But on the paperwork it stated that 2 are broken.  So now, I am upset and really frustrated.  I was wondering what the real story was.  Dan tried to talk his way out of it by saying, oh one is working and the other is weak.  Why did he not tell me this on the phone and why then does the paperwork say two remotes not working.  And why did Dan tell me on the phone to replace just one for $250.  His stories were changing.
So, I asked for the manager.   He said ok and took me back inside.  Once inside, he said, no need to bother with the manager, he can handle it.  He offered to replace one remote for free.  At this time, I had lost my trust in him.  So, I insisted on talking to a manager.  And then he said, quote “Why are you being childish?”.  Such unprofessional service.  I said, we are done and walked out.
So he come out and said ok I’ll get a manager.  He brought Eric Hunter (General Sales Manager) and another guy.  I forgot his name.  Not sure why he brought out a sales manager and not a service manager, but anyway Eric agreed to replace one remote key and we were done.  He said the remote key will be ready next week.  It was a Friday when I was there.
On Weds, got a call from Dan that the key is not ready.  He said the next day because he needs to make sure the cut of the key was correct.  No call from Dan for another week.  So again I had to follow up to call him and got his voice mail.  Left him a message to call me back with status.  No call from Dan.   So the next day I called Eric, the Sales manager and he said he will walk over to Dan and that either Dan or his manager will call me back.  It’s two days later now and no call from anyone.  What kind of customer service policy is this?
To summarize, this is the worst customer service I have ever had in my life.  First, the ordering of the parts was delayed but no communication of that fact was transferred me.  Second, it took Audi Mission Viejo four days to fix something that Dan said would take one day.  After four days of diagnosing, it turned out to be the exact same thing that he told was the problem (based on his 15 year experience) on day one when I brought the car in.  Third, Dan told me something completely different about the number of remotes that were not working after performing the coil service.  Fourth, Dan tried to change his story about the remote keys after I tested them on the car and found that two were working.  Fifth, Dan lied about letting me talk to his manager and instead tried to just cover his errors by offering to replace one of the remote keys.  Sixth, He called me “CHILDISH” – inexcusable.  Seventh, the replacement key was supposed to be ready, but I have yet gotten that key and no communications on why and when that will happen.

Response: Richard,

I’m glad you had a chance to speak with our Service Manager on the phone and smooth things out. He asked that I make sure you have his direct line in case you need anything else: (949) 218-5077. Thanks again

I’m on my 6th Audi and 3rd from Audi Mission Viejo! Paxton Krichmar was my salesperson and was very accommodating! He worked out several options for me to suit my driving and financial needs and got the job done quickly. The dealership is always professional and I will continue with Audi #7 after this lease is up!!! Thank you!

Jordan Bennett S. Receives “Great Customer Service”
Rating:

While searching for a new car i decided to look at the Audi SUV, this was the FIRST dealer where a sales person car cam up to me in a timely manner and was polite helpful and not pushy. he showed me color options and give me some pamphlets and did not push me at all. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE!

After discovering the terrible millage i ended up going with a different option, but still thought the customer service was worth writing about.

Response:  Hey Jordan, thanks so much for taking the time and writing a review about your good experience. We really appreciate the feedback, even if our product wasn’t the best fit for you. Hopefully when you’re ready to trade your new car in next time you’ll give us another try – who knows what the future will bring?
